“ Relaxing and very attentive staff. Nice selection of good food. Breakfast is our usual meal. My only suggestion would be better coffee, I believe it is the water giving it a bad taste ?? ”
“ This was my first time visiting with my family. It was a quiet little place, very home style feeling. I knew the food was going to be good when the coffee was good. Everything tasted delicious, fresh and home cooked. Affordable and delicious. Our server was helpful and very kind. There was only one cook but our food still came out quick and PERFECT. He was working hard; The butterfinger french toast had candy and caramel in the middle, it’s to die for. The shrimp were perfectly seasoned and perfectly fried. Hashbrowns were buttery and tasty, nice and crispy. This cook knows EXACTLY what he’s doing! OMG we cannot wait to come back! Planning to go back tomorrow and every time we visit Tampa. 12/29: came back again. Just when I thought the butterfinger french toast couldn’t get better IT DID! Seriously the BEST french toast I’ve had at any restaurant! You won’t regret visiting here! Had the catfish and grits for the first time and it was DELICIOUS. You can tell The catfish is battered here, it’s fresh, it’s flaky and seasoned perfectly. ”

Has a diner vibe and they offer military discount. They did run out of waffles and some other things today which was a tad disappointing. We arrived around noon. ”
